The residential mix of detached and semi-detached housing sits comfortably in the local area. The house types put emphasis on quality building materials, producing classic buildings with alternatively shaped internal spaces which are thoughtfully orientated to maximise solar gain and natural sunlight. Hard and soft landscaping was given considerable attention, whereby the various hard landscaping of sweeping paths and pebbled areas add particular quality to the surroundings.The residential scheme is a fresh approach to local housing where quality living at affordable prices is at the forefront of the design.
