This new extension was designed to provide a leisure complex to the existing hotel. The new design is located to the rear of the property and joined by a glazed link from the existing hotel. The new accommodation comprises of ground floor indoor pool, gym, fitness room, treatment rooms, offices, toilets, changing rooms, outdoor hot tubs and basement plant room. The first floor hotel extension also comprises of a glazed link from existing hotel featuring a drum entrance with 26 bedrooms, laundry and ancillary space together with outdoor landscaped gardens and associated car parking.
