The brief from the client was to design a Doctors Surgery in the town centre, with facilities for three surgeries. The site was irregularly shaped, narrow and long. The existing building was an old terraced house situated in the town centre. The site was utilised to its fullest with the addition of a basement level.The design is contemporary, with focus on quality spaces in a well thought-out layout. The external materials of coloured render and timber window frames adds something new to the streetscape.
